- Payments are to be made in advance
- All prices and conditions may be altered without prior notice
- Prices subject to confirmation
- In case of late payments, interest rate will be charged in accordance with law decree
- Marina de Vilamoura S.A., does not accept responsibility for loss by theft or damage to yachts or their contents, including damages incurred by storms or calamities, such risk is exclusively imputed to owners or persons responsible for the vessel
- The reservation deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation
